Locations: If your blog is about a local service or local store, then your target audiences are the people who are living in this city/country.
In this case you should use the locations to refine the results and target the city/country.
But If your blog is not about something local, then be sure that the locations is “All locations”
Language: The default is English but If your website is not in English, then change the language to your website language.
Search networks: The default is showing results from Google search only, you can choose to show the results from or Google search and search partners also such as Amazon.com.
You will need to change it if you have Amazon affiliate website so you can see the search queries in both Google and Amazon.
Keyword Ideas: you can add as many keywords as you want to compare them and see which one of them will work better for you.
You can use one keyword only to get the most relevant keyword.
